Can I use a USB Mixer as a PA?
I use a small Yamaha USB-powered mixer for home recording (I currently use a bare-bones two input model but was thinking of upgrading to a MW10 or something similar). I connect it to my laptop and have only ever used headphones as monitors. If I were to invest in some PA speakers, could I use the mixer as a PA in a live setting? The manufacturers don't promote this usage but it seems like it would work. Thanks!

If you would tell us the model of your mixer, we can help more. If the mixer has analog audio outputs (right and left) you can use it for a pa mixer. You will need to get powered pa speakers or an amp and passive pa speakers.
sure, it is going to paintings. You connect a microphone to each channel of the mixer for each ingredient of the drum you desire to enhance the sound of, then connect the output of the mixer to the PA gadget. wish this might help you out.
