Windows 8 Major Problem?

1 out of 10 my laptop will sometimes boot up, as if I'm installing windows 8 for the FIRST time. This is a really strange glitch. It says installing apps and does the tutorial and logs me in. When I'm logged in there is absolutely nothing and errors pop up. Can't remember them. A reboot fixes this. Nothing changed in laptop.

Windows 8 Pro.

Edit, Malware AntiBytes Found Nothing, Full Scan of Hard drive.

I also have Avast Antivirus.

Download the free scanner from http://malwarebytes.org/ and run the full scan. It could be a virus or spyware problem.
