Is it normal to carry a video camera & a separate picture camera?
I got the Samsung TL225 dual screen camera 4 christmas, & it takes good videos, but they're short. I also got some cash 4 xmas & i was thinking about using it to buy the iflip because I want to start vlogging & it seems like the easiest thing to vlog with & it's small & portable but it costs like $130 & my dual screen camera was $300, so I'll be carrying sum expensive technology whenever I go around. I was thinking about just selling my dual screen to get a camera similar to the iflip that takes good pics& videos too, but it won't have two screens, which is the only reason why i begged my parents to get the dual screen for me. Do you think it's worth carrying two cameras that take excellent quality vids & pics or just to carry one, that takes good but not great quality pics & vids.

Typically video camera aren't great for still pictures and vice versa.

It's normal. I always carry my camera in my purse, but I don't always have my camcorder.
