I wouldn't use fish oil ... too heavy and smelly. I use coconut oil myself and my skin looks GREAT. It's light and smells good too. I get it in the cooking oil section of Whole Foods. Only use it at night though ... much too greasy for day. However, when I use it at night, I don't need any moisturizer during the day. I even use it on my arms and legs.
no not a good idea, the smell alone would be horrid.
Australian Bush Flower Essence combination Face Hand and Body cream is a much better idea. Smell better and does a lot more with out drugs to moisturize and clear up other skin problems.

Nope. Oils in general should only be used on the face if you are so dry that a balm won't do the trick. Fish oil pills are good for heart and vascular health, and are also good supplements if you want good hair. Incidentally, you can give them to your dog as well. They'll get the same benefits.
I don't recommend using any animal products on your skin... they are too thick, may be contaminated and can clog pores in your face area.
vegetable oils (such as olive oil, almond, coconut, sesame, sunflower etc...) are much much better! There are loads of benefits including decrease in wrinkles, sun spots, pimples, redness, dryness, itchiness (basically all skin disorders can be cured with vegetable oils) you can go to this website and see a bunch of base/vegetable oils and see a description of what they can do for you

Its a great idea if you want cats following you around all day ....
