Nếu tôi đứng trước bậc thềm nhà bạn và khóc, bạn có để tâm ko? Nếu tôi gọi bạn và nhờ bạn đến đón tôi vì đã có gì đó xảy ra với tôi, bạn có đến ko? Nếu tôi chỉ còn 1 ngày để sống, bạn có thể trở thành một phần trong cái ngày cuối cùng ấy không? Nếu tôi cần một bờ vai để tựa vào, bạn có đưa bờ vai của bạn cho tôi ko? Đây là 1 bài test để xem ai là ng` bạn thật của bạn, hay bạn chỉ là 1 ng` để nói chuyện khi họ buồn chán?

I'm Vietnamese, but my translation might not be good. I can give you a pretty good meaning of it though...
If I stand in front of my friend's porch and cry, is my friend a good friend? If I call my friend and ask him/her to pick me up when I'm in trouble, is my friend a good friend? If I only have one day to live, will my friend spend 100% of that day (with me) until that moment is gone? If I need a shoulder to lean on, will my friend give his/her shoulder for me? This is one test to see who is a true friend, or if you are just a person to talk to when I'm bored?
I got that all correct. I had to change the words to fit it in English. Except that first part, about the crying in front of the house, I think it means "crying with my friend" or something like that.
Also, in Vietnamese, it doesn't state he/she, as you can tell from the translation. But I'm assuming it's a girl talking to a guy.
