Usually there is a 'check' box. Click on the box at the TOP of the page, above all the other 'check' boxes, to fill all the boxes on that page. Then click delete. If a "Check All options exists , use it and it will chack alll the baoxes in your mail. Then, again, click "Delete"
If you have them in your junk mail baox, click on "Empty" and confirm if needed.
Switch to the 'all-new' mail version, where the Inbox is one never-ending list. Click the 'Check All' link at the bottom of the page, then the Delete box - all gone.
