1500 kcal a day, help?

I need help dividing my daily calorie intake into 1500 kcal. I only eat healthy foods. Like vegetables, chicken (it's the only meat I eat), fruit, and grains. Could you please help me make a plan on exactly what to eat to make it 1500 kcal? I eat 6 small portions a day.

I would like it to look something like this:

    Snack:

    An apple (80 cals)

    Lunch:

    Turkey and lettuce sandwich, a cereal bar and a bottle of water (450 cals)

    Snack:

    Small fruit salad (90 cals)

    Dinner:

    Grilled chicken breast, brown rice, spinach and brocolli and a glass of water (575 cals)

    Snack:

    Small bowl of strawberries (55 cals)
