300 Push ups a day for pecs?

I saw this video of a guy who was muscular in the pectoral region. He claims to have done this with a routine of 300 push ups a day for a month. Would that mean he did 300 push ups in one instance every day, or does that mean he did like 30 every hour for ten hours every day? One of these seems easier than the other

  • I've tried this experiment on myself before.

    Firstly, doing 30 every hour for ten hours every day is useless. Why? Because there's no intensity in it, so you're basically just warming up every 1 hour.

    I did this routine, 30reps, 10sets, 60seconds rest.

    The pump was amazing, so YES, it does give you great pecs over the 1 month.

    Not only does it gives you great pump, your triceps endurance increases a lot as days goes by.
