Easy, creative bite size desserts? (not cookies/brownies)?

I wanted to make chocolate peanut butter balls (for Super Bowl party) but I'm too scared because of the peanut butter recall.

What are some other easy bite size recipes, like something dipped in chocolate or something else unique not just boring cookies...I suck at baking so no-bakes would be great haha

Thanks!

  • Oreo Truffles! Use dark or white chocolate or both.

  • NO BAKE DEEP CHOCOLATE COOKIES

    1 stick Butter

    2/3 cup Cocoa, unsweetened

    1 ¾ cups Sugar

    ½ cup Milk

    2 cups Oatmeal, not instant

    1 tsp Vanilla

    1. In heavy pot, mix butter, cocoa, sugar and milk

    2. Bring to FULL boil and boil for a FULL 4 minutes

    3. Remove from heat and stir in oats and vanilla

    4. Quickly drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper or foil

    5. Cool at least 10 minutes

  • Chocolate fondue -- then just have gramcrackers, marshmellows, fruit for dipping

And for the record, it's only peanutbutter _products_ that are not safe -- jars of Peanut Butter are fine. See, the company that makes the recalled stuff doesn't sell to consumers they only sell to other treat-makers.

  • Rice crispy treats are easy and can be cut into smaller squares.

Fruit and/or pretzels dipped in chocolate.

Pastry shells (or cups) or tart shells filled with pie filling (cherry, blueberry, lemon, etc.) and then a dollip of whipped cream. See the links below for the shells.

  • -Chocolate Fondue with fruits and marshmallows will be great...

-Savoury crackers with nori/dried seaweed.... It's like onigiri, but the rice is replaced by thin crackers, tastes good!!!

-What about mini muffins? Bite size muffin will be great...

    -Bite size fruit pudding...

-Bite size roasted bread with chocolate and cheese as the filling

-Cheese sushi... Replace the seaweed with cheese sheet. You can replace the filling (sushi is usulally filled with fish, crabs, etc) with sausages if you want more practical way...

-Bite size pizza? cut your pizza dough into circled with 4 cm diameters..

-Bite size macaroni schottle... Usually the size is 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm

    Good luck....

  • rice crispy treats with the team's colors sprinkles

chocolate fondue with fruit and pound cake

    no bake cookies?

thats all i can think of...

    :)
