= (4 * 5) * (√8) * (√3)
= (4 * 5) * [√(4 * 2)] * (√3)
= (4 * 5) * [(√4) * (√2)] * (√3)
= (4 * 5) * [2 * (√2)] * (√3)
= (4 * 5) * 2 * (√2) * (√3)
= (4 * 5 * 2) * √(2 * 3)
= 40 * √6
