How do you lose a couple pounds fast...?

I want to lose some weight, not that i'm fat, i just have a paranoid thing about my belly. Also, i'm not really one for excersize cause i always end up doing to much and hurting like hell for the next couple days. Last time i couldn't even walk because i hurt my legs so much.

  • Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

    The only way to lose weight (or as we call it - burning calories) is to either get a lower intake of calories (so that ur body would start using ur fat as a fuel) or u just need to start doing nice slow excercises. Long low intensity exercises are the best for burning fat because fat is used as a "fuel" in slow exercises. ei. jogging - biking - speed walking - treadmill is also a candidate.

    One more thing is - my friend's mom started smoking and she lost a lot of weight from that combined with a LOW calorie intake. But now she can't quit - so it's a risky plan.

    put some carrots very thinly cut

    and some celery

    add a little bit of salt

    in an other bowl mix up some mustard and apple vinegar

    pour on the salad

    let it rest for a couple of hours then eat

    only do this diet for 4 days

    make enough salad for the whole day

    the it stays the better it tastes

    you will loose some weight quick and in the belly
