You don't say how you sent it. If you just sent it without any tracking number then you can't. Otherwise use your tracking number on the postal or FedEx etc website.
Unfortunately, once a package gets into the military postal system, it can't be tracked well. The reason is mail is usually sent Space A and it can sit at an airfield or port for days before it goes anywhere. Then mail going to the same FPO is bundled together and shipped to that FPO. Even registered mail, you won't know where it is until it is received by the addressee. It is part of the reason many companies won't ship to APO/FPO addresses or charge ridiculous shipping to cover insurance in case of loss.
