is cardio exercise key?
I used to be 110 and I fell off the wagon gained weight, got a bit unhealthy. I want to go back to my weight, and actually lose some more. I remember I felt really great I need to lose 20 pounds, how do I go about doing that? is cardio all I need to do, along with eating healthy? I want to get like Kirsten Stewart thin and don't say shes nasty, too skinny, I love her body how do I go about it thank you

you should book in for a session with a dietician if you want to change your eating habits and find trouble with it.
what cardio helps you in is all dependent on what intensity you train at.
for the "fat burning zone" your need to be working at 60-70% of your maximum heart rate (MHR).
MHR = 220 - your age. (approximately)
if you couple this with healthy eating and just some basic sit ups, push ups, squats etc you should be good.
if you want to tone more just get a membership at your local gym where you can talk to professionals.
and please make sure you eat adequate calories and carbohydrates for the amount of exercise you do, don't over-exercise (have rest days) and warm up and cool down!
hope this helps
What Katie said was right but if you want a specific plan to follow go to bodybuilding.com and click find a plan then select female then fat loss then your age group. Pick the recommended plan as it has the most details and it has a diet plan. Don't worry that the sight is bodybuilding because you wont be like those gross jacked and ripped women. I hope you will at lest look at it.
Cardio is very important, 20-30 mins. Weight training is also important it can help you tone up and look even more beautiful than you already are! Good luck
No, the key to losing weight is eating less calories than you burn over a period of time..cardio just helps you burn MORE of those calories..doesn't matter what food you eat, as long as you burn more than you consume, you lose weight.
i think the key is high rep weight training
then doing cardio after....
u will get faster results that way....
better then regular cardio on its own....
