How do you respectfully say " no " ?

I want learning to say no to some requests ..

I want to have my schedules but sometimes i can not say NO to somebody (my friend my dad my mom mt brother and ...)

I think , my problem is shyness.

    You are fortunate to need a reasonable way to say no. If others are used to you saying Yes

    but when you really mean No has to be implemented boldly said with a assertive tone of voice.

    When you are able to successfully saying No ; don't give the reason why , what , when , there

    ; know where your boundary line is.

    Also what is very important is know you're stopping point.

    The more you say No (which is the easiest answer for something you really don't have time

    . Prevent keeping raised voices and that I'm sure is something you don't have a reason to stop.

    The beautiful part as those who were trying to make trouble for you, use the coping skill of enjoying saying No.

    In concluslion: Matthew 19;26; With God , every situation is possible with him

    You can say like

    "Unfortunately, this is not suitable for me and hence I cannot accept XXX" or something. Hope this helps.
