Is Academic a prissy swimmer?
See, not only is he prissy, he's one of these Christian hating bigots. Am I a Christian? A very failed one. I really don't care if this post is deleted, as it's a phony email, anyway. Academic is one reason I can not stand to be in the presence of swimmers; The guy ones get so sensitive (rather than ignore) anyone who dares enter their little world of and question their parading around in genital huggers, all while doing it in the name of submerging themselves in water to see how fast they can swim. Who cares. And how can anyone take the criticisms of a Christian hater seriously? Sure, I have issues, but I didn't start the attack. On my previous post, a few male swimmers said it was pretty impossible to get "aroused" when in speedos in a pool. If that's what they've found, then it's because guy swimmers parade around showing their junk all the time, and are, in that sense, like nudists. They have become numb. Not me. You over-sensitive yahoo posters have almost no clue why I posted my original post, and you are not worth the time to explain it to. But, before I deleted my account, I just had to see if any follow ups had been posted. Sure enough, big mouth, oversensitive, bigoted (whether I'm a good Christian or not) Academic couldn't resist replying. If I'm an idiot, Academic is just as much of one, based on his frantic replies. As for women speedo haters, or women who claim they don't even notice, we're no grosser than you are down there, and if you're indifferent, how boring. You know? I bet Academic reports this question. He's the type.

I've read a lot of replies from that guy.
He seems to have two levels of reply.
First, his swimming replies about swimming on a swimming board are the best I've ever read. He's provided information that has helped my swimming tremendously.
On the other hand, when someone asks a stupid question, he rips into them. So, you asked about getting "aroused" and he ripped you, eh? I'd have to ask, what was your motive to ask a question about arousal (and, I guess, christianity) on a swimming message board?
You make all those claims about a deleted question which makes your complaint invalid as there is no evidence except your comment. So, apparently you don't like the guy because he ripped into you for posting a bogus message and now you are so angry you want to make your complaint public.
I'll keep reading his replies and you can fester in your anger.
Oh, and as far as christian hating is concerned, if christians would stop pushing their religion on others, like muslim fundamentalists, then no one would hate them. So ... did Academic bring up christianity or did you have some symbol or comment in your message?
And, with regard to getting aroused AFTER exercise ... It is impossible. Maybe a while AFTER exercise, but not while or within a few minutes as the blood is in your muscles. And, as far as guys walking around naked in a locker room "showing off their junk" is concerned ... what kind of sicko are you to think that being naked in a locker room means you're showing off? A locker room is a place where you change from exercise to street clothes. EVERYONE walks around naked. If you think guys are showing off, then you should check your sexuality ... I think you're gay.
1. This is not a chat forum or a blog. It's Q & A only. Reported.
2. The site often puts people's questions into categories based on the words used. It's not something a user has immediate control but they can and should correct it later on.
3. Questions about arousal should be posted in the Men's Health section. Nothing about arousal or the attractiveness of Speedos belongs here.
Yer preachin' to the choir,Blanca. i don't understand why human beings get so bent out of shape out of stuff all of us do. i can't even stand a prissy woman, forget approximately some guy. basically the different day,my bff and that i've got been giggling approximately her mom,who gets sceevy whilst she pees whilst conversing to her on the telephone. what's the massive deal? I did that final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days whilst i became on the telephone with my realtor! some everybody is basically too weird and wonderful
I've come to realize that I must be doing a great job of answering questions.
First of all, there are those who ask relevant questions about swimming. I'm actually pleased that I can offer my decades of coaching and swimming experience to those who seek information about how to improve their racing. I've developed numerous online relationships with swimmers that have now lasted several years. Some of those swimmers were in high school and are now in college and we still exchange emails.
Before I continue, if you look at the key words used to get to this board, you'll see that this is a board about the SPORTs OF SWIMMING AND DIVING.
As another reply pointed out, I also respond appropriately to those who post inappropriately. Like the immoral and amoral christian who asked the question about me that created this thread ... I wrote a very strong reply to his posting sexually oriented material on a board that young kids visit. Messages like that prematurely STEAL the innocence of kids and those who ask such questions should be labeled for what they are and that is that they are child abusers who are guilty of a form of child abuse. For those, I wish I could get the authorities involved as prematurely stealing a kid's innocence should be considered a punishable crime.
Then, there are those geniuses who ask questions such as, 'Can fat people go skinny dipping?' or 'If one synchronized swimmer drowns, do the others have to drown, too?' And then, there are all of the "good" questions about urinating in a pool ... or the girls who should be asking their mothers about their menstrual periods. Another group of imbeciles ask, "Why can't black people swim?" relying on their prejudices instead of investigating the real issues which are social in nature.
Questions like those described in the above paragraphs deserve a reply that recognizes and acknowledges the stupidity and inappropriateness of what was asked.
Then, there are those who word and spell their questions with such demonstrated incredible ignorance of their native tongue, in this case English, that they should be ashamed of themselves for proving that ignorance and proving they've been horrible students.
For all of those who post as I've described in my last few paragraphs as well as in related fashions, I've no problem with providing a denigrating reply (btw, for those who don't know, denigrate means to 'put down'.)
In summary, I'll continue to provide valid and relevant replies to valid relevant questions. I'll also continue to provide honest replies to those who post inappropriate questions or questions that are unintelligible.
So, David ... put your "enlightenment" where the sun don't shine. :^)
You confused me. I honestly don't know what side of what issue you are really ranting about.
This is a Swimming and Diving section, not a forum for you to go off on someone or something. Please consider getting help, you really need it.
Hope you have a Merry Christmas.
EDIT: David.... ranting isn't allowed on YA. Either resond with an answer, or be quiet. But don't rant.
You must do what you think fit, Academicjoq.
And, as I do in other sections of Yahoo! Answers, I will continue to treat mis-worded or mis-spelled questions as an opportunity to correct, with sensitivity, the English usage of people who may speak English as an additional language or who may have a literacy-related learning disability in their mother tongue; and when questions outside the ambit of "swimming and diving" are posted, I will refer the asker to the appropriate section of Yahoo! Answers if I am unable to answer such questions myself.
