A Y! contest from April ~ is it legit? or a scam??

I responded to a contest about Yahoo! Free Is Good program.... and got a response back from them. But is this for real, or is it a scam? I'd never heard of this before the initial email... and haven't seen anything on it again afterwards - until they contacted me today.

Thanks for any help you can give. I just don't want to get scammed or my identity stolen.

    never heard of it- where'd you see it? on Yahoo! green?? if you gave any info like password, you were phished. if it came off of the green site, my guess is it's legit

    Unfortunately, this is a scam. It is just spam though, don't worry about your identity being stolen. You are most likely safe.
