i just bought same car same year, my lights werent working on dash and my clock is bit messed up you can see it sometimes and not others, we thought it was bulbs and were going to gget it repaired but all of a sudden the other day they just started working so think it may have been a loose wire and somehow it got put back. also have been told the clock not working is a common fault in vectras, p.s. have you checked the fuse, they are under the steering wheel as it could just be a blown fuse. good luck.
Could just be the bulb.
Take the clocks out and look, to do this your remove the air vents and then the screws being careful not the drop them down the air vent holes
I cant remember exactly but you might have to remove the headlight switch.
And remove the steering cowling upper and lower covers to gain access to two screws behind. If you car has an adjustable steering column then you can raise and lower it to make the job easier
I did not think the vectra had a seat belt light, could you mean the airbag light ?
