How to reset Macbook Pro Password?
I have forgotten my Macbook Pro's Administrative Account's Password and I would like to reset it. But the problem is that I do not have the orginial OS X (v. 10.6) disk for my Macbook. Is it possible I can use my OS X disk from my iMac (v. 10.5) to reset my macbook?
I'm just afraid that if I turn off and try to restart it using the old OS X disk that it would fail and I wouldn't be able to log on with the original administrative account because I can not remember my password.
