Do you press enter twice after each paragraph?
Im writing a proposal paper doubled space after each paragraph i pressed enter just once and thats it is it good or do you press it twice. I read it was once on a forum page is it right?

That depends on the format you need.
I prefer to have more space between paragraphs than within them, but that's a preference, not a rule.
I prefer the double space but notice it's becoming more and more uncommon so I am starting to use it less
