jEUSUS DOCUMENTARY???
DID U WATCH IT???
WHAT DO U THINK???
HAS IT CHANGED YOUR FAITH IN ANY WAY???
ABOUT ME:
I AM MUSLIM. THE MUSLIM BELEIF ABOUT JESUS IS:
SURA 4
157. That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.;- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-
158. Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise;-
THE DOCUMENTARY DID NOT AFFECT MY BELEIF BECAUSE I DONT BELEIVE HE IS DEAD BUT I DO BELEIVE THAT HE MIGHT OF HAD A SON AN I DONT THINK THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT.
BUT I WANT TO KNOW WHAT EVERYONE ELSE THINKS
Update:to booby jim :
the quran unlike teh bible is not a biography of ones life which is why there is not much info on jesus or for that matter even muhammad the book is about the teaching and practices by which one should live by it doesnt go into details about moses muhammads, jesus, or noahs and all other prophets life, childhood, or wives or any of that because it is not relevant to religion

The documentary was based on speculation and conjecture. Mr. Cameron attempted to lend it some credibility by bringing in scientists and archaeologists; but even they rejected his findings.
The scientist who did the limited DNA testing said, “Don’t be deceived by the media. This type of DNA testing cannot test every relationship.”
Mary, Jesus and Joseph were the most popular names in Israel at this time. That is why the Jewish archaeologists who first discovered these caskets in 1980 NEVER claimed these belonged to the family of Jesus. The odds are too preposterous.
Mr. Cameron is capable of spinning an entertaining yarn, as evidenced by his success with the Terminator and Titanic. He should stick to fiction; oh wait, he DID stick to fiction!
It didn't affect my belief because it was obviously nothing more than a money making venture. If the James ossuary is a fake, which the authorities say it is, and the directors of the documentary are saying that the James ossuary use to be in this tomb, then they're all fake. Also, the documentary fails to mention that the translation for the name "Jesus" is very close to the translation for the name "Halab" or something like that, and that they're not even sure the name is Jesus. The Mary Magdalene thing is really stretching it, since there is absolutely nothing that leads one to think it could be Mary Magdalene, except the most common name of that time, Mary. Could have been any Mary in ancient Israel, and there were literally thousands of them. The only found dna in two ossuaries, so this Mary could very easily have been a totally different woman, could have been Matthew's wife or even Halab's sons wife? Could have been anyone. I'm with the real authorities, its not the Jesus they're trying to convince us it is. Also, why in the world would Joseph have been entombed in Jeresulem? He didn't live there, and at that time families were entombed together in their own towns, so if there was a family tomb, it would have been in Nazareth.
The documentary could not change my faith. It left more questions than it provided answers.
The Biblical record gives more complete facts than the Qu'ran concerning Jesus' death and resurrection.
First, though, the documentary is fiction. The ossuaries exploited in the documentary were originally discovered in 1980. Israel's Ministry of Antiquities governs all archaeological digs and finds. There is no way that they would just sit on such an important discovery for 27 years if it truly contained the bones of Jesus Christ.
Second, Jesus, Judah, and Miriam were among the most common names in Israel during the time. The bones could have belonged to any of dozens of people with those names.
Third, Jesus left no DNA to compare with what they have in those old bones.
There's just no proof that the finding of the documentary is anything other than fiction, just like The Da Vinci Code.
Jesus wasn't married, and never had children.
It had no effect on my faith, because the Jesus Christ of the Bible, who died for my sins and rose again from the dead, revealed Himself to me over 36 years ago by His Holy Spirit, and totally changed my heart in an instant. He changed me from a doubter to a believer; from a blasphemer to god-fearing, from a thief to an honest man, from a liar to a truthful man, from a coward to a courageous man, from a selfish man to a generous man; and these are just the beginning of His ways.
I watched it. It has not changed my faith in any way. What do I think? I believe that Jesus was never married, therefore he never had any children. I also believe that he is not dead, because he rose on the third day.
I missed the documentary, but my neighbor saw it and converted to a Muslim after seeing that Jesus was not ressurrected and was just a man...
But! We saw another documentary this morning on how Islam is a false religion created by the Catholic church to make war with Israel so that the Vatican could make a headquarters in Jerusalem.
So now, both of us had to become Atheists.
wefmeister said it perfectly. Unless you truly know Him, you will never understand or believe.
I think you should read more about the find, and learn to leave the cap button alone
Great, another paid advertisement from a muslym.
I did not watch it but I agree with you and I am a christian.....
