it would be a good idea to go to the dr. there could be an infection that can set in. if you have a clinic or something that you can go to that would be best. but you should get it looked at.
Do you mean your hymen? The membrane that covers the entrance to your vagina...if its your hymen, its fine, it'll heal on its own. Not sure how you would rip your clitoris.
