A screen print does a copy. You must then go to a photo program such as Paint and paste it. You can then crop it if you wish. Now save as a JPG and attach it to the email.
My print screen does not work either. Just hit print. If you want to, you can copy and paste the email. Go to a document (i.e. Word, Works,etc) and create new document. Then go to your email, copy what you want to print (drag the mouse over what you want to copy), click COPY, then open your document and click PASTE, and there's your email you want to print. Very easy once you know how. Good luck to you.
