how can I transfermy contacts from my yahoo email to my outlook email?

I need to have all my "contacts" available at my outlook.com email site; they are now at my yahoo email site, how can I do this?

NEW Version(Import)

It must be done from the address book. Go tohttp://address.yahoo.com/?_src=&VPC=tools_import

Once in click on OTHERS if it is for Yahoo....OR....click on CONTACTS on your Yahoo email page. The next screen has an option to IMPORT contacts.
