Go to a PC (which is in the Pokemon Center) then you're going to see a pointing hand. Place the pointing hand on the Pokemon Storage system.press A.then place the hand on any pokemon.It's gonna say shift, summary, release,etc.... Then select release.
PS:If you have the pokemon you want deleted in your team/party, you must store it in the PC, then release the pokemon.YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DELETE YOUR PROFILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to BeBes PC and select deposit.
click on the pokemon in your party and it will drop a list.
select Release, and your pokemon will be deleted.

You can't delete them, just release them while they are in your PC.
put them in your pc say move pokemon and release it
u start the game and go to delete profile they will be gone for sure.trust me it works i tried it worked good. hope i helped
