How do I get into my Honda Accord trunk?

I bought a 98 Honda Accord used. I didn't realize until after I bought it that the one key I have for it doesn't open the trunk from the inside (if you're in the back seat there is a key hole to "unlock" it so you can fold down the backseat). Is there a way to somehow be able to unlock it without getting a new key made? I am sure I can drill it out, but then I'd be worried about the seat folding down at random.

    There's a green release handle under the deck near the speakers.
