Its probably too big. Most mail servers limit the size of an attachment. 10-25Mb is the standard max size of most mail servers for attachments.
The best thing to do is to use a "Free File Hosting" server. Google the part in the " " to find some. Filefront.com and rapidshare.com are two I know of off hand. You simply upload a file to them then it gives you a http:// address you can send someone to download it.

If it's under 10MB it shouldn't be a problem.
If over, I suggest uploading it to Youtube or something similar and sending a link.
There are several video sharing apps you can use on your smartphone. I've used mailVU - it's free and records long videos.
