no not at all. You can get much more for Forte. He's great and he catches passes out of the backfield. I would defiantly trade him, though, just not for RG3. If you need a backup QB, look no further than jay cutler. I like him this year. If you have a ton of good rbs, Id try to trade forte for a good WR. You might be able to get fitzgeraldor something.
Don't really understand the last line of your question but...do not trade Matt Forte for RGIII. RGIII is an unknown commodity, Forte was awesome last year.
