Okay, I add in my serial number and they say it's correct.
Then they tell me to Log-in, so I do.
Then they tell me that it wasn't able to launch!
Help me, please?
If you're sure you've got your purchased serial number entered correctly, then the only people who can help you with that is Adobe Support directly
Make sure you're not entering the letter O for the number 0,
or the letter i for the number 1.
This often causes activation issues.
Call Adobe Support for assistance - if all else fails.
Did you PURCHASE the software? If not, you can't register it. It has a serial number that will be matched to a sale transaction at the point of sale.
