Fantasy Baseball Trade?
Im in a 6 person H2H Yahoo! League
Im offering a trade for Jake Peavy. The opposing manager has accepted numerous deals i have sent. These are the two that i would most want to do. Which one would you do?
Tell me if im giving up too much, or if it would help me or hurt me. Thanks.
1st TRADE:
I get: Jake Peavy
I trade: Ian Kinsler, Mike Lowell, Chad Cordero, Tim Lincencum, Brad Penny
2nd TRADE:
I get: Jake Peavy
I trade: Ian Kinsler, Mike Lowell, Chien Ming Wang, Chad Cordero'
*****ALSO: My starting pitching consists of: Wang, Oswalt, Verlander, Carmona (as well as above mentioned players). My second basemen are Cano and Utley. And my 3rd basemen is Migguel Cabrera. Also, my relievers are Huston Street and Jonathen Papelbon (as well as Chad Cordero: listed above)**
THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP YOU CAN GIVE!

The second trade is a much better deal for you. You give up one less SP, which basically means you don't give up Tim Lincecum, the pitcher who has nasty stuff and tons of potential.
The second trade is good because you already have two quality 2B, and Lowell is solid, but won't repeat last year's numbers. Wang is good for wins, but he doesn't get many K's and Cordero is alright.
Hope I helped!
I wouldn't do either trade. A guy that plays once every 5 days is not worth that much, even if he is a stud.
You would get shafted on the 1st trade.
I think it's a mistake to trade more than 1 or 2 of your players just to get 1 of their players, regardless of who it is.
I would not do a trade either.
