Make sure the brushes are ABR files if the file(s) comes in RAR, then use WinRar to unzip them then you will see the ABR file(s)
now Cut the file(s) go to C:\[Or whatever your hardrive letter is]ProgramFiles\Adobe\Adobe PhotoshopCS4\APP\Photoshop\Presets\brushes
and paste them in there. then restart photoshop
