programming fios tv remote?

I bought an isyphony TV LED19iH50 there does not seem to be a code so that I can program my Verizon remote. I contacted their support & they said to try Samsung code. It does not work. Verizon remote works for everything but volume & mute. I can turn it on with that remote but if tv is on for awhile I have to use the remote that came with the set to turn off. Can adjust volume with the remote that came with set. Any ideas as to haw I can get Verizon remote to work ?

    If you go to the Verizon site and read over the instructions for programming their remote there is a place where they give the procedure for finding a code not listed. Find it and try that method.

    I called and had service come to my house and programmed the remote just like I wanted it..!
