Do you think this ia a good diet?

In a diet I mean as in eating fruit when in hungry or I want to munch. This would be my. Day.

Breakfast:fruit

Then do 100 crunches

Lunch: whatever my mom makes but not to much or to little

Then do 100 crunches

Snack: fruit

Then do 50 crunches.

Dinner: beans with fruit

Then running at the park for 2 hrs and do cardio for 30 min

what do you think? Is it a good diet? Can I get fat? Tell me what you think or give me a better diet?on something that I can loose weight im 128 and wanna go down to 115 im 5'7 :)

  • I think you're anorexic. Go to a psychiatrist rather than a nutritionist.

  • I am not very good with nutrition but I would like to try this menue. It sounds like it can work.

  • You're weight is fine. Stop trying to lose weight. You will only make yourself sick.
