Minecraft "Failed to bind to Port" Server Issue?
I just started my vanilla Minecraft server and i forwarded the port and Put my IP into the server.properties but when I start my server I get Messages that are something like this:
[WARNING] **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT!
[WARNING] The exception was: java.net.BindException: Cannot assign requested address: JVM_Bind
[WARNING] Perhaps a server is already running on that port?
How do I fix this. I am running 1.1.0 Minecraft with vanilla server no bukkit or anything.

Are you an Administrator on the machine?
Is there already a service using that port?
You can change the server port to something different in your minecraft init file and try again, if it accepts it, then the original port is in use.
