PSP Universal Remote problem?

PSP: Fat

Firmware: 4.01 m33-2 1.5 kernel enabled.

Ive downloaded the Universal Remote a couple of times from different sources and found that its not working for me. Someone on youtube got it to work on their psp cfw. I already have 1.5 kernel enabled.

When i try to start it, it goes "The game could not be started. (80020148)"

I do not want answers that have nothing to do with solving this problem. do not answer for the sake of getting points but for the sake of helping others.

    Try this web site i had the same problem and this site fixed it in no time at all!
