How do you unjam a zipper?
My moms zipper on her dress is completely jammed. We have to go to a wedding in an hour and when she was zipping her dress somehow the extra fabric completely went through the zipper and it is almost impossible to unjam! any hlep!! we need help fast!

Sometimes applying a little Windex on a q-tip to the coil and the side of the slider you can reach will serve as a lubricant to help you move the slider.
If your mom already has the dress on and it's closely fitted, sometimes having someone hold the fabric together above and below the pull (to slack the tension on the zipper) will let you rock the pull free.
Get her to take off the dress.
Once that's done, then turn it inside out.
Then check to see if the fabric on either side of the dress is caught in the zipper.
If it is, take something long and small (like a needle) and stick it in the gap between the zipper and the fabric and pull.
