was taking photos and camera just shut off. thought it might be the battery, but a new one didn't help. any ideals?
Try replacing the memory card.
I have no ideals whatsoever. Lots of ideas, but no ideals.
If you've replaced the battery properly, at least twice, then the camera probably died. Replace it, under warranty if you can.
