Hey! Does Cigna or Aetna covers dental implants? If yes than what plan would be best to go with? I do not want a plan to replace neither my primary nor secondary insurances. My primary insurance is Gateway Medicare Assured and secondary is Medicaid, its PA Access.

No, dental insurance does not cover dental implants. However, any dental insurance that you buy will become primary along with your Gateway Dual plan.
