2002 Tacoma power problem?

I put in a new battery today and it was the wrong one, and in the head lights came on (they were not on) and a motor or something came on. So I took it back got another and but it in. Now I'm not getting anything at all, nothing but a click when the battery is connected, no lights, no radio, etc. I know its not the battery, I changed it out with another. . Checked all the fuses I could find, hooked a charger up, nothing. I'm a little lost?

    Make sure the connections are clean and tight also check the ground connection to be sure this is clean and tight. Are your battery cables in good shape or highly corroded?

    after doing all this and still no juice you need a a good mechanic. also make sure you are connecting the positive leed to the positive terminal on the battery and negative to negative leed, if you reverse it will will not be good.
