His eyeball has bulged out of one side a little and comes in a little on the other side. I have had him for about 4 years and it has gotten a little better. He is mean alot and I was wondering if that affects him??
I would be worried that it might be chlamydophila. Take your bird to an avian vet as soon as possible, sounds like your bird may also be in pain. If you can't afford it try asking for donations(they pay the avian vet) or give the bird to a shelter, sanctuary or someone who will give it medical treatment.
SOunds like a possible sinus problem. Take him to the vet ASAP. This could kill him and is most likely quite painful not to mention a threat to his life and brain. Please take him to the vet. You owe it to him. I'm sure the pain affects him, poor little guy.
If you can't take him to vet, give him to a rescue org that will get him the vet care he nees.
