Macbook pro or a PC? ?

I'm going to college this fall and I'm gonna need a laptop! I would choose a mac probably just because its from Apple but its the high price of the macbook pro worth it. Or are PCs better? Help! Thanks for you answers.

    Well if your talking about college, then a macbook. The lightweight is the difference between that and a laptop.

    PCs. They are cheaper, faster, and more programs are made for them. You could probably get all of the features on a Macbook Pro for half the price on a PC. Anyways, the programs you see on a Mac can be downloaded onto a PC ( like iTunes). If you are going to be going into designing, PCs are still good because there are hundreds of programs for that.

    Ya, Macs are cool, but their just not worth it.

    i say pc its cheaper runs just as well and there are way more options on different things you can use different PCs for
