I have hooked an ethernet from 360 to 360 to play halo 2 and it worked... then i tried gears of war and it never would work... any suggestions?
You need to hook them up through a router, or you need a different type of cable (known as a crossover cable) if you want to connect console directly to console.
you did it right it must be another problem
