$375 plus a 20% commission
$325 plus a 25% commission
20/100=.20
25/100=.25
Multiply those numbers by the salaries, and you get the amount of commission.
$75= first commission
$81.25=second commission.
Now simply add those numbers with each first and second salary until the jobs pay the same.
$375+$75= first salary and commission
$325+$81.25=second salary and commission.
375+75=450
450+75=525
525+75=600
600+75=675
675+75=750
750+75=825
825+75=900
900+75=975
975+75=1050
325+81.25=406.25
406.25+81.25=487.5
487.5+81.25=568.75
568.75+81.25=650
650+81.25=731.25
731.25+81.25=812.8
812.5+81.25=893.75
893.75+81.25=975
975+81.25=1056.25
Your math book is wrong. To find the answer, you would find the average of 1050 and 1056.25.
(1050+1056.25)/2
2106.25/2
$1053.13 is your answer. Hope I helped!

hi pal this an basic question in accordance with linear equations you need to use transposition approach in this equipment whilst a term is transfered from one area to different its sign turns into opposite answer: x+4-7x=22 =4-7x=22-x (right here x comes from the left area its sign differences) =4=22-x+7x(right here 7x comes from the left area its sign differences) =4-22=6x(same) =-18=6x x=-18/6 =-3 Bye Bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
