PCI Express is forward and backwards compatible - V1.1, V2.0, V2.1, V3.0 all work together (at the lowest common speed negotiated). The GeForce 210 will work just fine in a 1.1 slot, or any PCI-Express slot. Even PCI-E V1.1 is fast enough for a 210 video card, since it is a fairly low end video. No problems...
