Yeah definitely. DeSean Jackson is good but he won't have a huge impact in fantasy leagues. Also, starting quarterbacks get more fantasy points than rookie kick returners.
No there are plenty of Qbs out there that have shown they can score points yesterday. Pick on eof them up. (Ryan, Cassel, KItna,Farve) Jackson did well yesterday and I think he will continue to do so. He is too valuable to your sqad. Good Luck.

Kevin Curtis and Reggie Brown back means DeSean will be 3rd or 4th WR, Id trade asap.
