Isn't Obama a narcissist?
Last night he said, "We will be able to look back and tell our children that this was the moment when we began to provide care for the sick and good jobs to the jobless." So we never provided care for the sick before? We never provided jobs to jobless? Obama seems to think history began with the advent of his political career. Isn't that the hallmark of a narcissist?
Update:I have to assume Obama meant what he said. If he meant something else, he should have said it. Every politician overstates and simplifies, but this guy acts as if nothing has ever been done in this country before he arrived on the scene. Someone should tell him that the Democrats had the White House for eight years in the 1990s. Is he admitting that President Clinton did nothing? He should also get a clue about Congress. The Democrats have controlled Congress for 41 of the last 53 years, including the last two. Basically, he is admitting that his own party has never delivered on any of its promises.

Yep and elitist. He thinks he's God's gift to America and when he loses, it will be because the American people just didn't get it. Really, haven't you noticed that whenever he has to do anything unpleasant, like leaving his racist church, it's not because he's realized how bad it is or that he should have done it a long time ago, but because Americans link the racist things that are said there with him.
Anybody who thinks that out of 300+ million people they're the single most capable of leading our country obviously has some ego issues. But in this statement I think the correct interpretation is, "the moment we began to provide care for ALL the sick and good jobs for ALL the jobless." I DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS! I personally think "universal" healthcare is unconstitutional and good luck finding good jobs for people that simply don't want to work. It's not the government's job. But Obama was trying to say that he will fix ALL of the problems, not just some. I read this as his saying that we still have a lot of work to do regarding social services in America. I totally disagree with him, but I don't think this statement makes him a narcissist.
absolutely everyone may be pronounced to have any psychological disease, if we make the main of non-pathological indications interior the diagnosis. human beings might desire to leave the psychology to those that understand what they're doing. it is not in simple terms guesswork, it quite is technology. it form of sounds like truly absolutely everyone and their mom is a psychoanalyst those days... somebody claiming to be a scientist, and then writing articles in political journals diagnosing people who they have by no potential even had a treatment consultation with as stricken by a character disease is one in all my puppy peeves. it quite is between the excuses psychology is taken care of as a pseudo-technology. human beings like this might desire to have their licenses revoked. it quite is like a doctor telling somebody on the line that they have got AIDS because of the fact they 'look kinda ill'.
I guess it is better than Republican/Conservative ATTITUDE oftentimes expressed on this forum....

A narcissist would be someone who lost the nomination last night and yet gave a victory speech talking about how she was the best candidate without ever congratulating her party's nominee.
