What all is included when builder says list's ClubHouse as one of the amenities for the new scheme? Does he give all the equipments along with it?
Never heard of that. Look at the blueprints or ask the developer what ClubHouse means. It could be anything from a basic kids playhouse shed to fancy playground thing or something else. ClubHouse is pretty vague.
