inhaled a weed stem into my lungs?
so the other day I was out of weed and I had a few stems left. Normally, I just throw them out, but I was fiending and wanted to get that little buzz you get when you smoke stems. So I broke them up a bit and put them in my bowl and blazed up. I was sucking the pipe pretty hard because they wouldn't burn very well and a small piece of stem slipped through the pipe and I inhaled it. Immediately, I started trying to cough it out for like 10 minutes until I gave up. It's been a couple days since and I've been worried about possible complications such as infections, pneumonia, etc. I did some research and since the lungs have no acids or systems that break down any foreign objects, that they stay in your bronchial tubes forever and eventually they can cause inflammatory responses and other bad ****. It's been a couple days thus far, and I have had no real symptoms... What do?
tldr; I inhaled a piece of burnt weed stem into my lungs and I have not coughed it out- will I be okay?
And I know stems aren't for smoking but that's not my question so don't be telling me about how I shouldn't smoke stems

You smoke weed and you be worried about getting some bad diseases from something like a stem you might sucked into your lungs? That is paradox at all, but I can tell you that nothing happened, most probably this stuff is out already and you haven't noticed it. No need to see an doctor at all..
