how to ask a guy to prom?
ok so there is this guy i want to ask to prom because my boyfriend doesn't want to go and told me to go with someone else. This guy and i are friends but neither one of us have any romantic intrest in the other one, as i said i already have a boyfriend. he just broke up with his girlfriend last month and i know he's not ready to date so i think it would be perfect for us to go together because we're both seniors and it's our prom. How do i ask him so it's not awkward, like saying we can just go as friends, but so that he knows i'm not trying to get together with him? oh and he has no idea that i want to ask him either.

How come your boyfriend isn't going. Anyways, since you guys are all ready friends just ask him; be like: Tyler my boyfriend doesn't want to go to the prom and I was wondering do you have a prom date; if not do you want to go with me; it would be fun me and you hanging out. He will already know y'all going as friends ,since he know you have a boyfriend. Anyways, go ahead and ask him before he ask somebody.
I think ask him just the way you stated in your question. It's both of your last chances for "PROM" don't miss out! You will probably have alot more fun than with your boyfriend! Just say Hey... let's go to the prom TOGETHER..we are such good friends we will have a blast!..Good Luck
