I'm facing a dilema over Primerica?
I have a job interview tomorrow with Primerica. I have been doing online research and found out that the one I going to has been a member of the BBB since 1998 with a satisfactory record. Has anyone had a good experience with them, and do they only work on commission?

Why call it a dilemma? A dilemma would seem to indicate that there is some kind of problem or something. It is an opportunity to learn something new. Go check it out.
I am current rep with Primerica, full time for 2 years. Yes, I would call it a good experience.
Whether working in Primerica, or having Primerica work for me, a good experience.
Commission - yes. There are reasons that commission is preferred though. I worked for 20 years hourly, didn't matter how hard I worked or how much someone else avoided it, the pay was the same $18.50 per hour The income is limited by what my employer was willing to pay. If I work harder then I want to make more money. Would you not agree with that?
Most offices do a second interview process, this is where they really detail the income side of the equation. They will be thorough with it. If you aren't understanding it, ask questions.
The interviewer will be judging whether they think your attributes are suited well for working with Primerica. You need to make your own decision also.
Primerica is not for everyone. It made perfect sense for me and the type of person I am.
Good luck with everything.
