How do you achieve a 5.0 ?
i heard that if you take AP classes and get straight A+ you get a 5.0 but my friend thinks its a 4.1 and i was just checking to make sure.

There are several reasons why this won't work.
First, not all schools weight AP classes (that means make them 5.0 on a 4.0 scale).
Second, even if the classes ARE weighted, the chances of having enough of them in your school to take ONLY AP classes is slim to none. Most likely you will have to take some classes that are NOT AP (such as PE, languages and/or computers). Thus, if you take classes that are only a 4.0, you can't get a 5.0 average, even if you make straight A+'s.
If u take all AP classes and get straight A+, you will have a 5.0
